Dena Named Bookseller of the Year at The Romantic Times Convention
Our own Dena Russ was named Bookseller of the Year at the Romantic Times convention this year. As our customers know, Dena is a dynamite bookseller and puts all her time and energy into pleasing the customer. Dena is an avid and passionate reader, and a good relationship with the customers and their opinions gives her added knowledge to her arsenal of recommendations about popular fiction books. In contrast, Dena will be the first to let the customer know if a book has not lived up to its expectations or if it is not the type of book they would enjoy. Dena is not about selling books as much as she is making sure our customers experience the joy of reading a good book. Welcome to B & L Books, the only independent book store in Altamonte Springs. We have been in business 22 years and at this location since the shopping center opened in 1989. Our books are on sale everyday. We specialize in new and used paperback books, primarily General Fiction, Romance, Science Fiction, Mysteries, Adventure, Horror, and Westerns. We also carry children's remainders and local high school reading lists. We will gladly order new books, audio tapes, or CD's to meet your needs. We are conveniently located at 990 N. You receive value for books you've read and don't have to store them or give them away.
